- Familiarity with MS Office and preferably debt recovery software .
- Local travel readiness for face-to-face interactions and field visits.
- Credit analysis, customer service, critical thinking capability
- Goal-oriented attitude and proficiency in working under tight KPIs .
- Experience coordinating with legal teams for enforcement actions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions at the branch.
- Prepare and post journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, petty cash, and inventory valuation.
- Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual branch financial statements.
- Submit timely financial reports to the head office.
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Assist in preparing the annual budget for the branch.
- Monitor expenses and identify variances from the budget.
- Provide financial forecasts and assist with business planning.
- Compliance & Controls
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and tax regulations.
- Implement and monitor internal controls and procedures to safeguard assets.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Cash & Asset Management
- Oversee daily cash management and banking operations.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flows.
- Maintain records of branch assets and manage depreciation schedules.
- Support Functions
- Provide financial insights and support to the Branch Manager for decision-making.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders (auditors, banks, tax authorities).
- Train and supervise junior accounting staff, if any.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent preferred).
- Proven experience (3+ years) in accounting or financial management, preferably in a branch or multi-location environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Tally, or similar).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
