• Interface directly with clients/customers—via calls, emails, or visits—to negotiate repayment.
• Strategize and implement efficient recovery processes to meet performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively follow up on overdue payments through multiple channels.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to facilitate repayment negotiations.
• Assess clients’ financial situations and recommend feasible repayment plans.
• Keep meticulous records of recovery efforts and update the internal system regularly.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly recovery reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and sales teams to streamline recovery operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Intermediate degree (in any field).
• 1–3 years’ experience in debt recovery, collections, or related financial rolesKEY SKILLS:
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills .
• Familiarity with MS Office and preferably debt recovery software .
• Local travel readiness for face-to-face interactions and field visits.
